We want you to absolutely love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Due to hygiene and limited inventory, the following items are final sale:
Accessories
Hats
Sale/Clearance items
Custom or made-to-order pieces

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for a different size or item (based on availability).
If your desired item is out of stock, we will issue store credit.

Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card.
We do not offer refunds back to original payment methods unless an item is defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Email us at: saltwatercreekoutfittersco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
We will make it right as quickly as possible!

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
